What happens if I exceed the ad spend limit?

Each plan has a different ad spend limit. For example, the Gold plan has a monthly ad spend limit of US$5,000. If you reach this limit, your ads will be paused. To continue your campaigns, please upgrade your plan. If your ads are not delivering but you haven't reached the limit, check out this article for troubleshooting: https://help.akohub.com/en/articles/5190520-why-isn-t-my-ad-delivering.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you're not sure which plan is best suited for your store, please contact us or schedule a 15-minute online consultation.

How is the transaction fee calculated for paid plans?

The transaction fee is based on your plan and campaign type. For example, if you run an Instagram Reels campaign on the Gold Plan, a 2% fee of sales credited through Akohub will be charged. For Facebook or Google ad campaigns, a 3% fee of the ad budget will be taken.

How do I cancel my paid plan?

You can cancel your subscription by switching to the free Starter Plan. Please note that all campaign reports will be deleted once you remove our app from your Shopify admin. If you want to keep the data for future analysis or just want to temporarily pause your campaigns, we suggest switching to the free Starter Plan.

How does the free trial work?

We offer a 14-day free trial for you to test the full features of paid plans. Also, you can upgrade your plan at any time during the 14-day free trial.
