Introduction
E-commerce merchants can now connect Ako Marketing to Klaviyo to send targeted emails based on loyalty points and VIP tiers. Once connected, your customer loyalty data will automatically sync to Klaviyo for your email marketing campaigns. Follow these simple steps to set up the integration.
Step 1: Get Your Klaviyo API Key

In your Klaviyo admin, go to Settings and select API Keys.

Click Create Private API Key, type a name (internal use), and select Grant applications full access for every API scope > Create.

Click the button to copy your API Key and move forward to Step 2.

Step 2: Connect Ako Marketing to Klaviyo
- In Ako Marketing, go to Loyalty Program > Settings > Integrations.
- Find the Klaviyo section and click the Configure button.
- Paste the Klaviyo API Key you copied in Step 1 and click Add to save the settings.

Step 3: Sync Customer Data to Klaviyo
Click Start Syncing to activate the automatic sync between Ako Marketing and Klaviyo. Once turned on, whenever there's new activity in Ako Marketing—like a new customer signing up or customers earning points—all this information will instantly sync to your Klaviyo mailing list. This makes it easy to send personalized emails based on your customers' latest loyalty status.
