Introduction: Judge.me + Ako Marketing

The integration between Judge.me and Ako Marketing App allows Shopify merchants to seamlessly incorporate product review functionality into the Ako Loyalty Program. By incentivizing customers to leave reviews, you can foster valuable feedback while increasing customer lifetime value.

Merchants can create various product review loyalty campaigns. For example, you can reward customers with 250 points for submitting a review, encouraging them to share their opinions while earning rewards toward their next purchase.

Step 1: Connect Judge.me with Ako Marketing

1.1. Navigate to Integration Settings

1. From Ako Marketing admin, navigate to Loyalty Program > Settings and click Integration.

    

2. In the Integrations section, click the Connect button for Judge.me.

    

1.2. Authorize Integration

1. Enter your shop domain and click Sign In.

    

2. Click Authorize to complete the connection.

    

Step 2: Set how customers earn points for leaving reviews

2.1. Navigate to Ways to Earn

1. Go to Loyalty Program > Ways to Earn Reward.
2. Click +Add New and select Write a product review.

You can define specific requirements for a review to qualify for a reward in the Reward Conditions section.

 

• Reviewer Eligibility: Choose between "Any reviewer" or "Buyers only" (verified buyers).

• Minimum Rating: Set a specific rating requirement (e.g., only 4 or 5-star reviews).
• Reward Expiry: Set how long the reward is valid.

Can I reward points only for reviews with photos?

Yes! In the Reward Conditions, you can specify that only reviews containing media (photos or videos) qualify for the reward. This is a great way to generate high-quality user-generated content for your store.

What happens if a customer leaves multiple reviews?

You can set a limit on how often a customer can earn rewards for reviews (e.g., once per 30 days) or allow them to earn points for every unique product they review. This prevents system abuse while still encouraging feedback on multiple purchases.

Does this integration work with Judge.me's free plan?

To use the integration features, Judge.me requires their Awesome Plan to enable API access. Similarly, Ako Marketing requires the Platinum Plan to unlock advanced loyalty integrations.

Are points awarded automatically when a review is submitted?

Yes, once the review is verified by Judge.me and meets your set conditions in Ako Marketing, the points are automatically added to the customer's loyalty account balance in real-time.
