Before you start
✅ This feature is available in our Platinum plan (US$49) and above. Please navigate to Service Plans from the Ako Marketing panel to ensure your current plan is on Platinum or above.

1. Excludes a Specific Product
- From your Shopify admin, click Products.
- Use the checkboxes to select each product that you want to edit.

In the Tags section, enter "ako-exclude-points-redemption" and click Save.
- Email service@akohub.com to notify us that you are ready to activate this feature. We will enable it for you within one working day.
2. Exclude a Collection or a Group of Products
- From your Shopify admin, click Products.
- Select the products and click Bulk Edit.

Click the "Columns" button in the upper right corner and check "Tags".

In the Tags column, enter "ako-exclude-points-redemption" and Save.
- Email service@akohub.com to notify us that you are ready to activate this feature. We will enable it for you within one working day.
3. Checkout Process When Excluded Products are Present

If the cart includes a product excluded from point redemption, the entire redemption interface will be blocked, displaying a reminder:"Discount can't be applied when there are point discount unavailable products".

Customers will be able to redeem their points as long as they checkout normal items and excluded products separately
