1. Excludes a Specific Product
- From your Shopify admin, click Products.
- Use the checkboxes to select each product that you want to edit.

In the Tags section, enter "ako-exclude-points-redemption" and click Save.
2. Exclude a Collection or a Group of Products
- From your Shopify admin, click Products.
- Select the products and click "Bulk Edit".

Click the "Columns" button in the upper right corner and check "Tags".

In the Tags column, enter "ako-exclude-points-redemption" and Save.
3. Checkout Process When Excluded Products Are Added to the Cart

If the cart includes a product excluded from point redemption, the entire cart will be blocked from redeeming points, and a reminder will be displayed: "Discount can't be applied when there are point discount unavailable products".

Customers will be able to redeem their points as long as they checkout normal items and excluded products separately.
