The Challenge

1. Boosting Sales with Qikify’s Upsell and Crossell

To encourage customers to discover more products and increase the average order value, Moztech utilized Qikify's 'Cross-sell and Upsell' feature. This strategy offered customers recommended products at discounted prices. As a result, it drove sales, encouraged customers to regularly use Moztech's products, and enhanced brand familiarity and loyalty.

 

2. Strengthening Customer Engagement with a Loyalty Program

Moztech, with Ako’s guidance, launched an exclusive loyalty program aimed at improving customer retention and engagement. This loyalty member center created a direct communication channel with regular customers, offering special updates, personalized offers, and interactive rewards.
