Getting started is simple! Here's how to access your 14-day free trial and unlock the full potential of Ako Marketing:

  1. Install the Ako Marketing app from the Shopify App Store.
  2. Go to Service Plans in the upper right corner of your dashboard or go to the Menu on the left side and click Settings > Service Plan.

  3. Select the Platinum plan. Our Platinum plan is the most popular choice for growing businesses because:

Note: You don’t need to enter your credit card information specifically for the app. Shopify will use your existing store payment information. You can update this via Shopify at any time.

What happens if a customer cancels an order after points were awarded?

If points were awarded via Shopify Flow, you can create a second workflow triggered by "Order canceled" that uses the "Adjust Points" action in Ako Marketing to deduct the balance.
