Step 1: Navigate to Facebook

Go to your Ako Marketing dashboard.
Navigate to Settings > Facebook & Google, then click the Facebook tab.
Click the “Continue with Facebook” button to start the connection.

Step 2: Give Access to Your Facebook Page

When prompted, you’ll see an option to select what Pages Ako Marketing can access:

  • Choose “Opt in to all current and future Pages” for seamless ad management.
  • Click Continue after choosing.

Step 3: Grant Your Business Permission

Choose the businesses you want Ako Marketing to access:

  • You can allow access to all current and future businesses.
  • Click Continue once you've made your choice.

Step 4: Give Access to Instagram Account

You’ll also need to grant access to Instagram:

  • Choose “Opt in to all current and future Instagram accounts” for full functionality.
  • Click Continue to proceed.

Now, a confirmation message will appear showing that your Facebook account has been successfully connected to Ako Marketing. Click “Save” and “Got It” to finish this part.

Step 5: Confirm Your Connection

Back in Ako Marketing, you’ll now see your connected Facebook account, business portfolio, Pages, and Instagram listed under Facebook & Google.

1. Facebook Account: This is the primary Facebook account you’ve used to authorize and manage campaigns in Ako Marketing.
2. Business Portfolio: This is your Business Manager portfolio, which links your Page, Ad Account, and assets.
3. Page: You’ve selected the Page that will appear in your Facebook ads. This must be a Business Page for proper ad functionality.
4. Assign Partners: Share your Facebook Page with Akohub, which allows the platform to manage campaigns, data, and ad delivery on your behalf.
5. Instagram: Your professional Instagram account is also linked. This is necessary for cross-platform ads and advanced reporting.
