Step 6: Create a Custom Audience Using Filters

Creating a custom audience allows you to target users based on specific behaviors, such as how often they order or how much they spend.

You’ll see options like:
- Has ordered since # → Filter customers who placed an order after a specific date.
- Has not ordered since # → Filter inactive customers.
- Total orders > # → Find repeat buyers.
- Total spent > # → Target high-value customers.
- Average spent (AOV) > # → Focus on customers with a high average order value.≈

6.1 Choose and Customize a Rule:
Select a rule and input the value. For example, Total spent > 100 to find customers who spent more than $100.

6.2 Set Relationship Logic ("AND" vs. "OR"):

AND Relationship: All conditions must be true.
Example: Total orders > 3 AND Total spent > $100
This targets customers who placed more than 3 orders and spent over $100.

OR Relationship: At least one condition must be true.
Example: Has ordered since Jan 1, 2025 OR Total spent > $200This includes anyone who either ordered recently or spent a large amount.

6.3 Click “Create”: Once your filters and logic are set, click the Create button to save the audience.
