Opportunities (Green Cards)

Example: Your business excels at acquiring new customers (86% of orders from new buyers), but repeat purchases are declining by 23.5% WoW.
Suggested Action: Implement post-purchase loyalty automation to convert new buyers into loyal customers.

These cards are meant to inspire confidence, drive adoption, or be used in sales/marketing to show “what’s possible” with the platform. Think of it as a reason to believe, something that makes the merchant’s life easier, better, or more profitable.
Potential Problems (Yellow Cards)

- May block activation or adoption
- Require clarification, education, or improvement
- Cause user frustration, hesitation, or drop-off
- Reveal misalignment with expectations or real-world needs
- Should be flagged for potential UX, product, or content updates
Example: Average Order Value (AOV) dropped 16.9% WoW due to single-item discount codes.
Suggested Action: Adjust promotional strategy and introduce bundle offers to increase AOV.

What are “Suggested Actions”?
Suggested Actions are ready-to-use strategies generated by AI based on your data. Each one includes:
- Objective: The goal (e.g., boost retention, recover revenue)
- Trigger & Flow: When and how it should run
- Execution Details: Tools and setup instructions
- Expected Outcome: Measurable business impact
Suggested Actions act like a guided setup template—you can follow them directly or customize them to fit your store’s needs.
Example:
Implement a Post-Purchase Welcome & Loyalty Automation Flow
Type: Customer Retention Task
Period: 2025-09-10 – 2025-09-24
Suggested actions
Automation Flow: 'Your Journey to Tranquility'
This automated sequence, built using Shopify Flow, aims to onboard new customers into the brand’s loyalty ecosystem immediately after their first purchase.
Trigger: Order is created AND Customer’s order count is exactly 1.
Step 1: Immediate Loyalty Enrollment (Day 0)
Action: Use the 'Shopify Flow Loyalty Program Reward Issuance' action to automatically add 50 'Welcome Points' to the customer’s account.
Communication: Trigger a transactional email (e.g., via Klaviyo or Shopify Email) confirming their order and announcing their new loyalty points. The message should be warm, reassuring, and explain the value of the points.
Step 2: Follow-up Incentive (Day 14)
Action: After a 14-day delay, the flow checks if the customer has made a second purchase. If not, it proceeds.
Action: Use the 'Shopify Flow Discount Code Issuance' action to generate a unique, single-use 15% discount code for their next purchase, valid for 14 days.
Communication: Trigger a second email delivering this exclusive 'thank you' discount, encouraging them to continue their relaxation journey. The email could feature popular products or new arrivals.

What does the “Insight Summary” include?
Each action includes an Insight Summary to help you understand why it matters. It includes:
- Purpose: The problem or opportunity addressed
- Goal: The measurable outcome (e.g., +25% repeat purchase rate)
- Audience: Who the action targets
Example:
Implement a Post-Purchase Welcome & Loyalty Automation Flow
Type: Customer Retention Task
Period: 2025-09-10 – 2025-09-24
Insight Summary
Purpose
Enhance Post-Acquisition Engagement to Convert New Buyers into Loyal Customers
Goal
Increase the 30-day repeat purchase rate for new customers by 25% by engaging them immediately after their first purchase with loyalty incentives and a follow-up offer.
Audience
First-time customers who have just completed their initial purchase, especially the large segment acquired from Facebook and Instagram.

What KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) should I monitor?
Your AI Dashboard tracks performance through these KPIs:

Think of KPIs as your performance scorecard—they show what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus next.
Example:
Implement a Post-Purchase Welcome & Loyalty Automation Flow
Type: Customer Retention Task
Period: 2025-09-10 – 2025-09-24
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Repeat Purchase Rate (30-day and 60-day)
Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) of new cohort
Email Open Rate and Click-Through Rate
Loyalty Program Engagement Rate

What are “Tools & Execution Suggestions”?
Tools & Execution Suggestions explain how to implement a Suggested Action.
While the Insights and KPIs tell you why an action matters and what it aims to achieve, this section focuses on the how — the practical setup.
What’s included in this section?
- Recommended Tools: The apps or systems (e.g., Shopify Flow, Klaviyo, Shopify Email) best suited to run the automation.
- Execution Steps: Clear instructions on how to configure triggers, actions, and conditions inside those tools.
- Best Practices: Guidance on timing, messaging style, and integration to maximize effectiveness.
- Synergy Notes: How the tools work together to deliver the intended customer experience (e.g., Shopify Flow as the automation brain, Email as the communication channel).
💡 Why it matters
Think of this section as your implementation playbook.
It helps you go from strategy to live execution quickly and confidently — ensuring every recommendation from Akohub’s AI is actionable and effective.
Example:
Implement a Post-Purchase Welcome & Loyalty Automation Flow
Type: Customer Retention Task
Period: 2025-09-10 – 2025-09-24
Tools & execution suggestions
1) Shopify Flow Loyalty Program Reward Issuance
Create a new workflow in Shopify Flow. The trigger should be 'Order created'. Add a condition to check if customer.orders_count is equal to 1. If true, add the action to issue 50 loyalty points. This tool automates the crucial first step of loyalty engagement, ensuring every new customer is immediately rewarded and introduced to the retention program without any manual effort.
2) Shopify Flow Discount Code Issuance
In the same Shopify Flow, add a 'Wait' action for 14 days. After the wait, add another condition to check if customer.orders_count is still 1. If true, add the action to create and send a 15% discount code. Automates the delivery of a compelling incentive to drive the critical second purchase, directly targeting the low repeat purchase rate.
3) Klaviyo (or Shopify Email)
Integrate the email service with Shopify Flow. Create two email templates: one 'Welcome & Points' email triggered by the loyalty points action, and one 'Come Back & Relax' email triggered by the discount code action. Use the brand’s calm, introspective voice. Email is the primary channel for communicating these automated actions. A dedicated email marketing tool allows for better branding, personalization, and tracking of the communication’s effectiveness.
4) Overall Synergy
Shopify Flow acts as the brain of the operation, triggering loyalty points and discount codes at the right moments in the new customer journey. The Email tool (Klaviyo/Shopify Email) serves as the voice, delivering these incentives with on-brand messaging to nurture the customer relationship and drive repeat sales.

What is the “Message Draft”?
The Message Draft gives you ready-to-send content for customer emails or notifications. Each draft includes:
- Subject line ideas
- Prewritten email copy
- Personalization tokens ( e.g., {{UNIQUE_DISCOUNT_CODE}}, customer name) that automatically insert customer-specific details)
- Incentive ( How to present discounts, loyalty points, or other rewards.)
- CTA suggestions
Example:
Email 1: Welcome to the Calm.
Subject: A gift to start your journey with Pintoo
Thank you for your first order! We're so glad you've chosen to find your moment of peace with us.
To welcome you, we’ve added 50 bonus points to your account. You're already on your way to earning rewards for relaxation. We can’t wait for you to unbox your puzzle.
Email 2: Ready for your next moment of peace?
Subject: A special thank you, just for you
We hope you're enjoying your puzzle. As a token of our appreciation, here is 15% off your next order. Find a new world to explore, piece by piece.
Use code: {{UNIQUE_DISCOUNT_CODE}}
