What is Social Login?

Social Login allows your customers to easily sign up and log in to your store using their preferred social accounts, including Instagram, Google, Facebook, and LINE. This feature helps boost signup rates and effortlessly expand your customer base.

Is Social Login included in my plan?

Yes, this feature is available in our GOLD Plan and above. You can navigate to Service Plans from the Ako Marketing app to check your current subscription.


How do I enable Social Login on my account page?

  1. From the Ako Marketing app, go to Settings in the navigation bar. 


  1. Under Social Login > Login options, enable the social login options you want to provide:

    • Facebook login

    • Google login

    • LINE login

  2. Toggle on Account Page Social Login to allow both existing members and visitors to log in using their social accounts


Can existing members use social login?

Yes! If existing members have already registered with an email, they can still use other social accounts to log in to your store through Ako social login.
