Merchants can now view detailed customer activity directly inside Ako Marketing. This allows you to track how each customer interacts with your loyalty program, including points history, store credit usage, discounts, referrals, and VIP status.
How to View a Customer’s Activity
Step 1: Open the Customers Section. Go to Ako Marketing > Customers in the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Open a Customer Profile. Click on the customer you want to review. Inside the profile, you will see multiple activity categories.

Orders & Spending Overview Section

This section provides a high-level summary of the customer’s purchase activity. It helps you quickly understand how valuable the customer is and how actively they purchase from your store.
- Orders Count shows the number of orders recorded in Ako Marketing app
- Total Spent displays the total amount the customer has spent based on tracked orders.
- Lifetime Spent from Shopify shows the total lifetime revenue generated from the customer in Shopify
- Lifetime Orders from Shopify reflects the total number of orders recorded in Shopify
Customer Activity Categories Explained
1. Points

This section shows the customer’s loyalty points history. You can view: Points earned, Points revoked, Adjustments, and Expiration dates. This helps you understand how and when the customer earned or used points.
2. Store credit

Displays all store credit transactions related to the customer. This Includes: Credit earned, Credit used, Expiration date, and Adjustments.
3. Discount

Shows discount-related activity generated through the loyalty program. You can see: Discount codes issued, Discount title, Status (Active, Expired, Used, or Revoked), and Expiry date. This helps monitor reward redemptions.
4. Referrals

Tracks referral program activity. Includes: Referral invitations sent, Referral status (Pending, Completed, Rewarded), and Order ID. This allows you to measure referral performance per customer.
5. VIP

Displays VIP tier information. You can view: Current VIP tier, Membership period, and Internal note. This helps you understand a customer’s loyalty level and eligibility.
Rewards From Order

In the Rewards from order section, you can view:
- How much reward was generated from a specific order
- What type of reward was earned (such as points or store credit)
- The current reward status (Pending, Scheduled, Issued, Revoked, or Canceled)
- When the reward was or will be issued
This table helps you track how rewards are calculated and processed for each order, making it easier to review reward records and resolve customer inquiries.
Timeline Section

The Timeline provides a chronological record of all loyalty-related actions associated with the customer. It allows you to track exactly when rewards were earned, VIP status changed, or loyalty activities occurred.

Customer Profile
Basic Information

In the top-right corner of the customer admin page, you can find the customer’s phone number, email address, default address, gender, and birthday. To view more detailed information, click View in Shopify to access the customer’s full profile in Shopify.
Social Media Accounts

This section displays the email addresses associated with the social media accounts the customer has connected.
Loyalty Management Section

This section allows you to manage a customer’s loyalty status directly from their profile. You can review and adjust points, store credit, and VIP tier information.
Expiring Rewards

The To be expired section lists the customer’s soon-to-expire points and discount codes in order from the nearest expiration date to the latest.
