You have full control over your Akohub subscription. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your paid plan at any time directly through the app—no support ticket required.
How to Cancel Your Paid Plan
To stop your paid subscription while keeping your account active, simply switch to our Starter Plan. This will automatically stop future billing while allowing you to continue using our free features.
Steps to Downgrade:
- Open the Akohub app and go to Service Plans.
- Locate the Starter Plan and click Select.
- Confirm the change.
Note: Billing stops immediately upon confirmation. No further charges will be applied.
How to Change or Upgrade Your Plan
Want to unlock more features or scale your retargeting? Switching plans is instant:
- Navigate to the Service Plans section inside the app.
- Choose the new plan that best fits your needs.
- Click Confirm to update your subscription.
⚠️ Important: Downgrading to a lower plan may disable advanced loyalty settings and premium features. Please review your active rewards before confirming a downgrade, as these changes cannot be automatically undone.
