  1. Navigate to Loyalty Program > Ways to earn reward

  2. Click "+Add new"

  2. Reward Value: Set the specific number of points customers will receive. You can adjust this value (such as 100 points, 250 points, 500 points, etc.) based on your overall loyalty program strategy.

Customers will see the point value in their cart, at checkout, and in their customer account page. Store Credit Reward

This reward allows you to give customers store credit for connecting their social accounts. You can customize two key elements in this section:

  1. Title: Enter a custom name for your store credit reward that will be displayed to customers. For example, you might name it "Welcome Credit," "Connection Bonus," or "Social Signup Credit."

  2. Reward Value: Set the specific dollar amount customers will receive as store credit. You can adjust this value (such as $5, $10, $15, etc.) based on your business model and customer acquisition strategy.

Customers will see both the title and credit amount in the loyalty widget or account page. Store credit rewards provide immediate monetary value that customers can apply toward purchases on your site, encouraging them to shop and potentially spend more than the credit amount.


Amount Off Order

This reward allows you to give customers a discount code for their purchase for connecting their social account. You can customize several key elements in this section:

  2. Value Type and Amount: Choose between:

  2. Minimum Purchase Requirements: Select from these options:
