Complete Customer Profile Rewards

Encourage customers to share their information and earn rewards by completing their profile.

Quick Setup:

  1. Go to Loyalty Program > Ways to earn reward

  2. Click "+ Add New" (Complete your profile) > "Edit"

Configuration Options:

  • Birth Date Settings: Choose Editable (can change anytime) or Non-editable (one-time entry)

  • Gender Options: Select from five options (must display at least two)

  • Reward Name: Customize the reward title shown to customers

Available Reward Types:

  • Points: Award loyalty points (set specific amount)

  • Store Credit: Provide store credit in dollar amount

  • Amount Off Order: Offer percentage or fixed discount with optional minimum purchase requirements

  • Free Shipping: Provide free delivery with optional minimum purchase requirements

All rewards appear in the customer's loyalty widget or account page, encouraging profile completion and increasing engagement.
