Our system syncs product data from your Shopify store to Facebook once per day. As long as a product is available in your Shopify Online Store sales channel, it will be uploaded to Facebook—even if it is hidden from your storefront or not currently visible on your website.
In other words, if a product is still enabled for the Online Store sales channel, it will remain in your Facebook product catalog.
How do I remove these products from the product catalog?
To exclude a product from the catalog:
- Go to Shopify Admin → Products

Once the product is no longer available on the Online Store channel, it will be excluded from the next sync and removed from the Facebook product catalog.
