Don't worry! Seeing only one product at first is normal during the initial sync. It does not mean your other products are missing; they are simply in the queue to be processed.
If your store has many products, it may take some time for all of them to sync from your Shopify store to Facebook. The process is designed to ensure data accuracy across platforms.
Why this happens
Product catalogs are uploaded gradually rather than all at once. The total syncing time depends on two main factors:
- The number of products in your store: Larger catalogs naturally take longer to transfer.
- Facebook’s processing time: Meta performs its own internal checks and image processing for every item received.
What should I do?
In most cases, no technical action is required. We recommend the following:
- Wait at least 30–60 minutes for the initial batch to process.
- Refresh your Facebook Commerce Manager page to see the updated count.
- Check your Shopify admin to ensure the products are published to the Facebook sales channel.
Still not seeing your products?
- Allow up to 24 hours for very large catalogs (1,000+ items) to fully populate.
