Merchants using Ako Marketing can now connect with Klaviyo to send personalized emails based on loyalty points, VIP tiers, and more. This guide answers common questions about setting up and using the integration.
Step 1: Get your Klaviyo API key

Log in to your Klaviyo account

Go to "Settings"

Select "API Keys"

Click API Keys > Create Private API Key

Type a descriptive name for the key and set access to "Full access for every API scope"

Click Create and copy the key (you’ll only see it once!)
Step 2: Connect Ako Marketing with Klaviyo

Ako Marketing app > Loyalty Program > Settings > Integrations > Klaviyo

Paste the Klaviyo API Key you copied in Step 1. Click add
Step 3: Syncing Data Base
If you already have loyalty members in Ako Marketing:

After connecting, click “Start Syncing”

This will upload your loyalty data to each customer’s profile in Klaviyo

The system shows progress. Large customer lists may take a few minutes
