Introduction
Akohub provides two main ways for customers to access your loyalty program: the Loyalty Widget and the Customer Account Pages.

1. What Is a Loyalty Widget?
What is it for?
The loyalty widget gives customers quick access to your loyalty program anywhere on your storefront. It helps shoppers check their points, or join the program without leaving the page they’re on

Where can it be found?
It appears as a floating button, which can be customized. Options include:

In order to set it up, merchants can go to the Ako Marketing admin, go to Settings > Accounts & Widgets > Loyalty widget > Set up > Install > Toggle the Ako Loyalty Widget to On in the App Embeds panel.

Customers access it by clicking your Account/Profile icon or visiting /account on your store.

In order to determine whether you can set up your store’s Customer Account Pages, you need to make sure your store uses the New Shopify Customer Accounts setting that can be found in your Shopify Admin Page.
